ESG and Compliance Checks
Both checks default to negative. If flagged positive, add supporting detail below — flagged items (or a clean-screen statement, if neither is flagged) are pulled through to the Credit Note automatically.
1) ESG Screening

Social (S): Labor dispute / Union strike · Health and safety / Workplace injury · Human rights violation / Child labor · Community protest / Social license to operate · Product safety recall / Liability · Adverse workforce turnover / Talent drain
Governance (G): Fraud / Corruption / Bribery · Board independence / Dual class shares · Regulatory sanction / Compliance breach · Key-person risk / Management churn · Related-party transaction / Conflict of interest · Restated financials / Audit qualification

Affordability Inputs
Cash-flow based PPA affordability, as distinct from simply comparing the PPA payment to revenue. Fields marked "linked" pull automatically from Financials and don't need to be entered here.
1–2. Electricity Saving & PPA Coverage
Existing electricity cost vs. the PPA, and whether operating cash flow comfortably covers the PPA payment.
3. Debt Service Coverage (DSCR)
If the PPA is debt-funded: cash flow available for debt service against existing debt plus the PPA.
5–6. PPA Affordability Ratio & Incremental Affordability
PPA payment as a share of CFADS, risk-banded — and the "before vs after" affordability picture once the electricity saving is folded in.
4. Tariff Escalation — Base Case Projection
Utility cost vs. PPA cost over the PPA term, given each side's own escalation rate.
8. Minimum Liquidity
A borrower can show an acceptable DSCR and still have a liquidity problem.
7. Stress Testing
Run the affordability metrics under downside scenarios. Adjust the shocks below, or use a preset.
9. Key Affordability Metrics Summary
Financial Review
Body corporate / sectional title financial review for EAAS (solar-as-a-service) lending. None of this maps to the standard Financials tab, so every field here is captured manually.
Non-Financial Factors
Governance and occupancy characteristics of the scheme.
Immediate Red Flags
Each defaults to negative. Flag any that apply, with supporting detail where useful.
Financial Statements
Enter figures period by period. "Prior Year", "Current Year" and "Adjusted Year" stay as the rightmost three columns (each with its own free-text date); each earlier year you add appears to their left. The Credit Model scores off "Adjusted Year"; Current Year and Prior Year are shown unadjusted on the Credit Note for comparison. Ratios, DuPont and the Credit Model recalculate automatically. Tick "Group Financials" on any period whose figures are consolidated group numbers (rather than entity-only) — that period's figures are then pulled through and labelled as Group Financials under Prior Year Financials on the Credit Note.
CSV format: first column is the exact line-item label (e.g. "Revenue", "Trade & Other Receivables"), each column after that is one period, headed by the period name (e.g. "Year 1", "Year 2"). "Download CSV" gives you a template already in this format, pre-filled with whatever is currently entered — the safest way to get the labels exactly right. Uploading a CSV replaces all periods in this assessment with what's in the file.
Financial Ratios
Calculated automatically from the Financials tab for each period.
Five-Step DuPont Analysis
ROE decomposed into tax burden × interest burden × EBIT margin × asset turnover × equity multiplier.
Security Recommendations
Capture each proposed security item. Add as many as required.
Credit Model — Inputs
Pulled automatically from Financials/Background where possible. Adjust judgemental fields as needed.

IC Summary
Credit Committee Summary for this client. Every field is linked to the rest of the assessment and read-only here.
Investment Committee
Everything the Investment Committee needs for this deal. Fields already captured elsewhere in the app are auto-linked and read-only here — edit them on their own tab. Everything else exists only on this tab.
Monitoring Dashboard Fields
Fields required by the monitoring dashboard. Where a field already exists elsewhere in this assessment, it's linked and shown read-only — edit it at the source tab, not here. Everything else is blank for manual entry.
Assessment History
All assessments recorded in this workspace.
Credit Register
Credit Register
Every credit note submitted via "Add to Register" on the Credit Note tab, plus any manual entries, in the order added. All fields are editable directly in this table.
Investment Committee Register
Every client whose credit note has been signed off as Approved on the Credit Register (rejected clients are not added) is added here automatically. The Credit columns update themselves from the Credit Register; the four IC columns on the right are filled in here.
Investment Committee Dashboard
Clients on the Investment Committee Register still awaiting Investment Committee approval. Click a client to open their Investment Committee tab, or use ⬇ PDF to download their Credit Summary. A client leaves this dashboard once IC - Credit Sign Off Decision is set to Approved on the register.
Scoring Methodology
Admin only. Changes apply to every future assessment as soon as you publish. Existing saved scores are not retroactively recalculated.

1–20 Risk Score Mapping
Converts the internal 0–100 strength score into the bank's 1 (very low risk) – 20 (very high risk) scale.

Credit Model — Source Code
Three separate scoring engines. Each runs directly — there's no sandbox. Keep function names and parameter lists exactly as they are, since the rest of the app calls them by name; rewrite what's inside freely. Publish checks for a syntax error, that all required functions still exist, and does a live test run before applying anything — if any check fails, nothing changes.
SIC Industry Risk Data
Every SIC row from the source spreadsheet. Section/Division/Group/Class are structural (read-only) — they're what the Industry/Sector/Sub Sector dropdowns are built from. Score and Reason are editable and drive the auto Sector Risk mapping (Score <10 → Low, <18 → Medium, ≥18 → High).
Reference Client Database
1,412 clients used to peer-benchmark the Financial component. This is still a SYNTHETIC, calibrated placeholder — replace it with real historical clients via CSV when available. Download the CSV, edit it (e.g. in Excel), then upload it back to replace the whole database.
Peer Benchmark Percentiles
Live percentiles across the current Reference Client Database, recalculated on every visit to this tab.
Calibration Check
Does peer-percentile ranking against the Reference Client Database land close to the Financial Strength score the live scoring functions actually produce? Edit the four ratios on any row to test your own scenario — this calls the real, currently-published band functions, not a static copy.
Roles
Sales accounts see only Search Client, Dashboard, Background and System Details, scoped to clients they created themselves. Sales Super User accounts have the same restricted tabs but see every client. Beyond those two built-in roles, create your own named role below and tick exactly which tabs its users should see (they'll see every client, like Sales Super User).
Users
Every account that can log into this app. As admin, you can reset a user's password if they forget it (passwords can no longer be viewed).
Passwords are never stored in readable form. If a user forgets theirs, use Reset Password: a new temporary password is shown once, to pass on to them, and they must choose their own at next login.
